I had no idea what I wanted for dinner, which is my default setting, and I spent about half an hour scrolling through recipes (and I was getting sooo hungry, ughhh), when I finally came across veganreset ‘s 1-pot cheesy tahini penne recipe! I didn’t have penne,

so I subbed with the dregs of a box of dinosaur-shaped pasta and topped with pumpkin seeds and a little sriracha (because I do use quite a bit of sriracha 😉). Super simple, high protein, and even adding what I did, still low enough I haven’t reached my calorie goal for the day! Dessert, anyone?
