15 minutes of simple moving noodles save this for a simple and delicious Monday meal! … #2

First i am preparing this using my beautiful new chefX knives and I absolutely love them. This is a ChefX knife Kassel Chef and he does a variety of things, I am always in the kitchen doing something so this was a great addition to my kitchen 🙌🏼

Recipe ⬇️⬇️
Create 3 servers

▪️1 small broccoli (280g)
▪️ 1 carrot (120g)
▪️175g strong tofu
▪️170g Noodles
▪️1 tbsp sesame oil
▪️2 tbsp black soy sauce
▪️1 tsp sriracha
▪️1 tsp rice wine vinegar
▪️1 teaspoon sauce is still delicious

1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables by chopping them, including chopping garlic. Chefx Kassel’s knife knife did this with great effort 🤩
2️⃣ Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add the tofu, cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, turning so that all sides are cooked.
4️⃣ Drain the noodles in boiling water if they need to be immersed in advance.
5️⃣ Add chopped vegetables and noodles to the pan. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha and sweet peppers. Mix so that everything is tied up and cook for another 5 minutes.
6️⃣ Divide into containers and enjoy!
